 L’Assiette de Paris takes on the passion of cooking in France to the home,  with easy to follow recipes and lots of fun.

 

My concept is very simple : understanding cooking, with locally found ingredients, a glass of good wine, and nice conversation.

 

This is the recipe for an enjoyable morning; where you will have the opportunity not only to learn new dishes, but also to enjoy tasting them afterwards over a leisurely lunch.

 

There is a very friendly atmosphere where you will feel comfortable asking any questions that you might have about cooking or the wines in France, finding special ingredients, etc.
